A little history about Swan Steel
Swan Steel Trading is a South African Owned Company, specializing in injection molding and roll-forming. Injection molding Producing parts by injecting material into a mold. Material for the part is fed into heated barrel, mixed and forced into a mold cavity where it cools and hardens to the configuration of the cavity.
Roll-forming – Continuous bending operation in which a long strip of sheet metal (typically coiled steel) is passed through sets of rolls mounted on consecutive stands, each set performing only a incremental part of the bend until the desired cross-section profile is obtained.
